Fees and general instructions are outlined in the membership application. When joining, the fees are:
– Dues (primary)
– Dues (spouse or junior, if other family members join under the primary’s membership)
– Initiation fee
– Key fob deposit.
Dues recur yearly with membership renewal each January. Initiation fee is a one time fee, as is the key fob deposit, unless you lose your fob and need another one issued at which time another key fob deposit would be paid.
Work party requirement…
Throughout the membership year, all non-exempt members are required to help at least one work party. This helps to keep operational costs low by minimizing outsourcing of general maintenance tasks which allows for economical membership costs in comparison to the high fees charged by other ranges. The typical work party can include general cleanup of the club house & range, light yardwork, painting, etc.
When renewing, if nonexempt, a work party assessment fee (in addition to the dues) applies if you did not attend a work party during the year.
Range fees…
– All range fees are payable upon entrance to the clubhouse.
– $3 per member shooter.
– $10 per guest shooter. Limit two (2) guests per visit.
