PPC Trustee Chairman, Building, Range & Safety Committees

Frank Klemser, our former club Trustee and Membership Chairman passed away on April 4th. Frank will most be remembered for his role as Membership Chairman. He created and maintained our club’s electronic membership database. He processed all member renewals and maintained the club’s membership records until his health forced him the take a less active role in the club. He would always be there on Thursday evenings to sign up new members, review range rules and make sure our club safety rules were strictly adhered to. Frank was one of the club’s RSO’s and NRA certified instructors. He was a fixture at all club training events promoting the PPC and was a staunch advocate of the Second Amendment.

Frank is one of the people who I came to depend on for support and guidance. I am deeply saddened by his passing. Frank was laid to rest at the Warren Hills Funeral Home in Washington, NJ but due to the Coronavirus epidemic a “Celebration of Life” arrangement will be made and announced at a later time. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home. To send an on-line condolence please visit

PPC President

You were recently sent an e-mail blast with a link to the club’s newsletter. The newsletter contains very important information about the new gun laws signed into law on June 13, 2018 by Gov Murphy. Please read the legislative update section of the newsletter and familiarize yourself with the law that affects everyone who will use the PPC range. New Jersey as well as Pennsylvania residents are required to comply with the new law that limits the magazine capacity to a maximum of 10 rounds. The law applies to shooting at any range or merely possessing a large capacity magazine (anything that exceeds 10 rounds) while in the State of New Jersey. If you did not get the e-mail blast from PPC, please e-mail to verify your e-mail address so we can update our records.

PISTOL CALIBER RIFLES ( common pistol rounds such as 9mm, 38/357, .44, 45 –both ACP and Long Colt) can now be used during Hosted Shooting times when an RSO is present.

Action targets are now avilable to members: hanging tennis balls on a tether, and ‘Bajor Botttles’ as well. May be used both indoors and outdoors. Free access to members and their guests.

Targets may now be affixed DIRECTLY to the ballastic curtains….do not use old metal overhead target racks. Movable target frames may still be used and positioned at your desired distance.

Members wishing to use holsters and firing forward of the firing line(s) must be approved by any Club officer and a RED ID badge issued.
